Andrew Tinning

Andrew is a Kiwi who made the 5345.72km journey from Auckland to Perth back in 2004 (not a bad effort for an almost blind not to mention flightless bird!)

At the time of leaving NZ Andrew was the Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, one of the world's leading advertising institutions. Prior to Joining Saatchi's he worked as an Art Director at Campaign Advertising In Christchurch and later at DDB NZ.

During his tenure at S&S he worked on some of the country's top brands including Lion Nathan, Telecom, TVNZ, Sanitarium, NZ Lotteries, Progressive Enterprises, Trust Bank, The Auckland Regional Council, South Auckland Health and the New Zealand Fire Service to name but a few.

After a 12 year innings at Saatchi's, Andrew joined Marketforce Perth in 2004 as Executive Creative Director.

While at MF he worked on some of W.A's leading brands including Lotterywest, The Office of Road Safety, The Health Department, The Dept. Of Environment, The Cancer Council, The West Australian, GESB, IKEA, SGIO, Home Building Society,Tourism W.A. Western Power, Mrs Mac's and Brownes Dairy – among others.

Andrew's work has been recognised at all of the world's major advertising award shows including D&AD, One Show, CLIO, London International, Adfest, Award and Cannes, where he has won 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze Lions.

At the time of crossing the ditch he was ranked by Campaign Brief Magazine as the no.1 ECD in Australasia. He is still regarded as one of the region's best.

Throughout his career Andrew has amassed a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience working across all media.

Drew Ridley

Drew is a born and bred farm boy from Dairy Country, two hours south of Perth. He spent his childhood milking cows and chasing goats, before thumbing a lift out of there and making his way to Perth. Finishing a Design Degree, he honed his craft at Scott Four Colour, Marketforce and The Shorter Group, before heading to TurnerButcher Design. During this time, he worked on brands such as; Lotteries Scratch'n'Win, KFC, Dale Alcock Homes, Brownes, Peters, Channel 9, Transperth, HBF, Cape Mentelle, Capel Vale, Hayshed Hill, Brookland Valley, Evans and Tate, Carlton United Breweries, Fremantle Football Club, Matilda Bay Breweries, Chicken Treat and Mrs Mac's.

In 1988 he joined The Brand Agency as an Art Director, creating ads for; RAC, The Sunday Times, Health Department, Bunnings, Bankwest, Burswood resort and casino, Western Power, Ross North Homes and The Satterley Group. During this period, He was ranked in the top 3 creatives in Campaign Brief WA's Creative Rankings.

After leaving The Brand Agency, the following few years were spent commuting here, there and everywhere. Creating music videos in Sydney, Freelancing on Yellow Pages and ANZ in Melbourne and designing opening credits for film. Eventually he thumbed his way back across the Nullabour and did stints at Cooch Creative and Brand before accepting a creative role at a smaller agency – Later becoming the Creative Director and working closely with clients such as; Midalia Steel, Qube Property, Mirvac, Summit Projects, Stirling Foods, Perth Fashion Festival and City of Perth.

Drew's work has achieved international recognition having been selected for publication in Lurzers Archive, Campaign Brief's the Work and Communication Arts in the USA. On the national stage, he has been successful at both the Caxton and Folio Awards where he has won Gold and Silver. And on the local front, he has collected numerous PADC Awards.
